You're welcome to stay with the participant(s) during the workshop even if you're not making a ring (no additional cost). Please take into account that our workshop can only accommodate three people at a time.

Slow also involves the production of our jewelry. We chose to operate with a small permanent stock supported by a rapid pre-order system. Some pieces are therefore made to order so as not to produce more than necessary.

Jewelry in stock is shipped within 48 hours or can be picked up at one of our ateliers-boutiques.

The manufacturing lead time for pre-orders varies depending on the jewelry:

- Silver or gold jewelry: 1 to 2 weeks
- Vermeil earrings: 1 to 3 weeks
- Custom or engraved jewelry: 4 to 6 weeks
- Custom wedding rings: 6 to 8 weeks

Rest assured, we always have some jewelry in stock for urgent orders (Christmas, birthday, birth, wedding gifts, etc.).

We offer two options:

- Home delivery: €5.99 in Belgium and €12.99 in France

- Pick up at one of the ateliers-boutiques: free (Rue du Noyer, 303 - 1000 Brussels & Rue du Page 86 - 1050 Ixelles)

Delivery is currently free in Belgium and France for all orders above 150€.

Yes, we send you the tracking number of your package as soon as it is shipped. If you did not receive an order tracking email, do not hesitate to check your spam.
If you received an email confirming your order processing but no tracking number, contact us and we will send it to you as soon as possible!

All our jewelry is carefully packaged in their pretty box. This doubles as a storage solution to put your jewelry in when you're not wearing them. Do not hesitate to leave us a message when ordering if you would like to include a note in your package.

Our goal is for you to find your dream jewelry, so you have 30 days to change your mind and return your purchase. In this case, the return costs are your responsibility and the package must be registered.

To avoid return costs, you can also drop off your package directly at one of the ateliers-boutiques: Rue du Noyer, 303 - 1000 Brussels & Rue du Page 86 - 1050 Ixelles.

In accordance with Article 8 of our General Conditions of Sale, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 working days from the day after the day of delivery of the jewelry. You will however be asked to cover the return costs and return the jewelry to us in perfect condition and by registered mail.

Of course, custom jewelry is an exception to this rule and is not refundable.

We offer what we call "semi-tailor-made": you can either ask us to change one of our designs or send us a picture or a very detailed description of what you are looking for.

Of course, the style must match our jewelry line to ensure that we have the correct manufacturing technique.

Lead times for custom jewelry vary from 1 to 6 weeks.

Vermeil , or gold-plated silver, has the disadvantage that its gold layer is not permanent.
In fact, everyday friction tends to wear it out. This is particularly the case for rings. For this reason, we only offer vermeil for earrings, necklaces and bracelets since friction is almost non-existent with these pieces, which makes the jewelry lasts longer. We work with the best gilder in Belgium to guarantee you high quality vermeil.

We love the idea of ​​recycling old jewelry but we don't have the tools yet for this very specific type of work. If you wish, we can recommend trusted jewelers who will be able to take on your project. Do not hesitate to contact us.

No, but we can replace your old piercing with one from us.

Yes, of course! For greater comfort, we recommend two types of models:

- the "ring" style with a maximum diameter of 1mm. Ours are 0.8mm in diameter.

- the "screw-on" style that can be soldered onto any ear chip, at your request.

Yes, all our earrings are sold individually. Simply bring yours back to the store and we'll faithfully reproduce its twin!

Has one of your Slow Jewelry Sample pieces broken? No worries, we can still repair it ! If the breakage is due to normal wear and tear , the repair is free . If it is due to mistreatment on your part, we will ask you for compensation equal to the damage. In both cases, you can drop off your jewelry directly at one of our boutique workshops or send it to us by mail.

If the broken piece of jewelry is not from us , we will do our best to repair it. Come and show it to us in store and we will tell you if it is within our capabilities and at what price. If you want to avoid an unnecessary trip, do not hesitate to send us a photo by email or Instagram . The only exception: we do not repair costume jewelry .
